- The product must be returned in its original condition with all packaging, accessories, and manuals.
Condition of the Product
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

✅ Have the original packaging, box, and accessories
✅ Include the purchase receipt or order confirmation
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or malfunctioning product, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery along with images or videos as proof.
Misrepresented or Incorrect Products
If the product delivered does not match the description or images on our website, you can request a return or exchange at no additional cost.
How to Initiate a Return?

- Pickup & Refund: Depending on the case, we will arrange a pickup or request you to ship the product back. Refunds/exchanges will be processed after quality checks.
Important Notes
- Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will bear the shipping costs. If returning due to a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for shipping fees.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, variant, or color, please specify your preference while initiating the return request.
