What is CCTV monitoring?
Trained people watch your cameras live. Ordinary CCTV only records, so you see what happened after it is too late. With monitoring, someone sees the problem while it is happening and acts.
What do you do?
Three things. Our operators watch your cameras live. When something is wrong, they sound an alarm at your property. If your camera has a speaker, they can also speak through it to warn the intruder.
Do I need to buy new cameras?
Usually not. We use the cameras you already have, with no new wiring. Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, PRAMA, Honeywell, Bosch, Sparsh, Hi-Focus and most other IP cameras work.
What are your monitoring hours?
We watch at night, up to 11 PM to 6 AM, every night of the year. You choose the hours you want inside that time. Night is when most break-ins happen.
What happens when you see something wrong?
First the operator checks that it is real. If it is, they sound the siren, warn the intruder through the camera speaker, and call you with the video clip.
Why people and not just AI?
AI alone raises many false alarms from animals, shadows and weather. And if it only sends an alert to your phone, you can easily miss it while you sleep. Our operators check every alert and act, even when you cannot look at your phone.
Do you use AI as well?
Yes. Software spots movement and shows it to our operators, so they spend their time on real events. The operator decides what to do.
