What are your monitoring hours?
We provide night-time monitoring from 11 PM to 6 AM, 365 days a year. These are the hours when most security incidents occur and when properties are most vulnerable.
What areas do you cover?
Modernext provides remote CCTV monitoring across India. Since monitoring is done remotely via internet, we can serve properties in any city including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, and more.
Cameras & Technical
Do I need to buy new cameras?
In most cases, no. Our plug & play system works with your existing CCTV cameras - no new wiring needed. We support Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, PRAMA, Honeywell, Bosch, Sparsh, Hi-Focus and most other IP camera brands.
What camera brands do you support?
We support all major IP camera brands including Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, PRAMA, Honeywell, Bosch, Sparsh, Hi-Focus, and most other network cameras that support RTSP streaming.
What internet speed do I need?
A stable internet connection with minimum 2 Mbps upload speed per camera is recommended. Most broadband connections in India are sufficient for our monitoring service.
Do you need physical access to my property?
Only for initial setup of alarm devices. After that, all monitoring is done remotely. Our technicians will visit once to install siren/alarm devices at your preferred locations.
How Monitoring Works
What happens when a threat is detected?
When our operators detect suspicious activity, they first verify it is a real threat. If confirmed, they can activate loud siren alarms to deter intruders, issue voice warnings through 2-way communication, and alert you instantly via phone call with video clips.
Do you have 2-way communication?
Yes, for cameras that support 2-way audio. Our operators can issue voice warnings directly through your camera speakers. This is an effective deterrent as intruders realize they are being watched and addressed in real-time.
How do you activate alarms remotely?
We install smart alarm devices at your property that can be triggered remotely by our operators. When a verified threat is detected, the alarm is activated instantly to deter intruders.
Will I receive notifications?
Yes, you receive instant notifications via phone call and WhatsApp with video clips of any incident. Our operators contact you immediately when action is taken.

Yes, we monitor warehouses, factories, offices, showrooms, and retail establishments. Night-time monitoring is especially effective for commercial properties that are unoccupied after business hours.

How much does it cost?
