What changes on your PRAMA cameras
Almost nothing, and that is the point.
Your cameras stay
We use the PRAMA cameras you already have. You do not buy new ones.
No new wiring
We connect to your cameras. Nobody opens your walls.
A person watches
Trained operators watch your cameras live at night. A recorder only keeps what happened; a person can act while it happens.
One visit
We come once, to fit the siren or alarm where you want it. After that, everything is done remotely.
About PRAMA and what stays yours
We work with PRAMA by name, and we do not ask you to change a camera.
Prama India Private Limited
PRAMA cameras are sold in India by Prama India Private Limited, in Mumbai. PRAMA is one of the eight makers we list by name.
No new cameras
We use the PRAMA cameras you already have, with no new wiring.
One make or several
A property can run more than one make. Tell us each one, and we will watch them together.
What our operators do
Your PRAMA cameras are watched the same way as every camera we watch.
Check
The operator makes sure it is a real threat, not an animal, a shadow or rain.
Siren
A loud siren at your property tells the intruder they have been seen.
Warn
If the camera has a speaker, the operator talks to them.
Call you
We call you straight away and send you the clip. We call the local police if needed.
Three things, and one is yours already
Cameras that are on
Network (IP) cameras work, and PRAMA is on our list by name. Most other IP cameras work too.
A steady connection
At least 2 Mbps upload for each camera. Most home and office broadband in India is enough. What the connection has to do.
A message to us
Send the number of PRAMA cameras, and the model written on the label of your recorder.
Other makers on the same property
A property can run more than one make. We watch them together.
Hikvision · Bosch · All eight makers we list. Most other IP cameras work as well, so tell us what you have.
Questions about PRAMA cameras
Where do I find my recorder’s model?
It is written on a label on the recorder itself, the box that your cameras are connected to. A photo of the label on WhatsApp is enough.
Do you watch PRAMA cameras in my city?
Yes. Your city does not matter: we work anywhere in India, as long as your cameras are on and you have a steady connection.
Do I have to replace my PRAMA cameras?
No. We use the cameras you already have, with no new wiring. PRAMA is on the list of makers we work with by name.
What do I need for night monitoring on PRAMA cameras?
Cameras that are on, and a steady internet connection with at least 2 Mbps upload for each camera. Most home and office broadband in India is enough.
What happens when your operators see someone on my PRAMA cameras?
The operator checks it is a real threat. Then the siren sounds, the operator talks through the camera if it has a speaker, and we call you with the clip. We call the local police if needed.
Which hours do you watch?
Up to 11 PM to 6 AM, every night. You choose the hours inside it.
