What our operators do when they see something

  • A person checks every alert
  • Siren at your property
  • A call to you
  • CheckA person makes sure it is real
  • SirenSwitched on at your property
  • WarnThrough the camera speaker, if it has one
  • Call youWith the clip
When a threat is seen

Four things, in the order they happen

They check it is real

The operator makes sure it is a real threat, not an animal, a shadow or rain.

They sound the siren

A loud siren at your property tells the intruder they have been seen.

They warn the intruder

If the camera has a speaker, the operator talks to them.

They call you

We call you straight away and send you a clip. If it is needed, we also call the local police.

Why a person

Alerts on your phone are not enough

Apps raise alerts for the wrong things

Camera apps send alerts for dogs, shadows and rain.

At 3 AM your phone is on silent

An alert you do not see does not protect your property.

Our operators check and act

They check every alert and act on it, so you can sleep.
