What we watch

What we watch at a warehouse

The gate and boundary wall

A vehicle or a person at the gate after closing time, or someone at the wall where nobody should be.

Loading and unloading area

The shutters and the loading bay at night, when no delivery is expected.

Aisles and racks

The cameras inside, between the racks, if you have them there.

The yard

Trucks and vehicles parked in the yard overnight, and the stretch between the gate and the building.

Why a person

A warehouse is empty at night, and what is inside is worth money

A camera records a theft. It does not stop one. A person who watches your cameras live can sound the siren and call you while it is happening, not the next morning when the stock count is short.

A second pair of eyes

A watchman and our operators do different jobs

Every camera at once

Our operators watch every camera you connect through the night. A watchman can only be in one place.

You are told

When an operator sees a threat, we call you and send you the clip, wherever you are.

When we see something

What our operators do

Check

The operator makes sure it is a real threat, not an animal, a shadow or rain.

Siren

A loud siren at your property tells the intruder they have been seen.

Warn

If the camera has a speaker, the operator talks to them.

Call you

We call you straight away and send you the clip. We call the local police if needed.

What you need

What it takes to start

A steady connection

At least 2 Mbps upload for each camera. Most home and office broadband in India is enough.

Your hours

Pick from the time your last shift leaves to the time the first one arrives, inside 11 PM to 6 AM.

One visit, for the siren

We come once, to fit the siren where you want it, for example at the gate or the loading bay. After that, everything is done remotely.

Questions

Questions about monitoring warehouses

Do you watch inside the warehouse or only outside?

Whichever cameras you connect: the gate, the yard, the loading bay and the aisles.

My warehouse has a watchman. Do I still need this?

They do different jobs. Our operators add a person watching every connected camera at once through the night, and calling you when they see a threat.

How many cameras do I need?

The number is yours. We use the cameras you already have, and we send a quote once you tell us how many there are and where.

My warehouse is in an industrial area with a weak connection.

We need a steady connection with at least 2 Mbps upload for each camera. Send us the location and the number of cameras, and we will say if it is enough.

Can I see what your operators see?

Modernext VMS shows every camera across every location in one view in your browser, and it comes with the monitoring service.

We also have a factory. Is that a different page?

Yes: CCTV monitoring for factories covers the night shift floor and the violations we report.
